Eye tracking is the ideal addition to research methods and provides a comprehensive picture of a consumer's cognitive and orientation processes. Eye tracking provides key results relating to the strength of consumer impulses and how relevant certain tools are. It can be used to monitor how a consumer looks for items on the shelf at a POS, how they view products, adverts or how a consumer acts on the Internet.

 

Mobile eye tracking provides an insight into a customer's cognitive processes which can be partly implicit or partly explicit. The results provide an important tool for making decisions, for example, about:
